How it works?
Employers post their requirements directly or through
staffing industry on these websites. Staffing industries
may be the 1st or 2nd preferred vendors to the employers.
Job seekers have to register with these websites and post
their resumes. After registering, try to find out the jobs
of interest and submit resume.
If staffing industry or employers find the right resume,
then job seekers will be called for phone interview or
